Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. The softwares do not work in Windows 95 OS.
	Our softwares have been compiled in Windows 98SE OS because the compiling in Windows 95(R) showed some problems. Therefore, it is not recommended to install and run our softwares in Windows 95(R). Please note that Windows 95(R) has two versions. One is called as "a" version whereas the other is called as "b" version. As far as we are concerned, the "a" version operates 16 bits system, while "b" version operates in 32 bits system. Our softwares do not work in the "a" version Windows 95(R), while likely working in "b" version Windows 95(R). If you have to run our softwares in Windows 95(R) OS, please check your Windows being "b" version and inform us the result because we are not sure about our diagnosis. Further, since our softwares have been compiled in the Windows 98SE(R) OS in Korean Version, some other errors have been informed from the users who use other local Windows(R), such as European Windows(R). The errors of pictograms described below resulted from such different language version Windows(R). We are very happy for being informed about such errors or bugs. 2. Where can I find ES_PipeIso?
	ES_PipeIso is a sub-program(ocx) of our softwares which require pipe iso-metric data input such as ES_dPCalc, ES_CasDrain, etc. You can see the ES_PipeIso sub-program in ES_dPCalc software by pressing "Pipe Iso-metric File Edit" button in the Input Window. Since the ES_PipeIso program is not a independent software, you can not download the sub-program separately and further do not need to download the sub-program because the sub-program alone is of no use.

3. Undefined error &80004005 (-2147467259)
	The error occurs sometimes when our software is installed in a PC with Non-English Window(R) system. The cause of error is presumed as mismatch of Window(R) system files between those of the PC and ENGSoft software packed in Korean Window(R) system. A user informed us when he installed other software like ES_LineSize, the error has been solved. Therefore, it is recommended to install other ENGSoft software and then try again to run the software with the error.
