One registry editing required ;
Registration of ES_StableIF97_AddIn to MS Windows registry is automatically done in software installation process. However, one modification work by user is required. That is, the suffix number of Automation AddIn registry string name of "OPEN". For details, please see "ADDIN Registry".
For business purpose user ;
The beta version of ES_StableIF97 software can be used for business purpose after installation in personal computers of business entity like company, organization, etc, till the commercial version is published later. Publication of commercial version will be announced when being issued.
In case of ES_StableIF97_AddIn software users, you are encouraged to develop your Excel software using ES_StableIF97_AddIn, not to worry about throwing away your Excel software when the commercial version of ES_StableIF97_AddIn is issued later, because the commercial version shall be priced much lower than the prices of same kinds of commercial software at that time.
ES_StableIF97 is steam table software programmed in accordance with IAPWS-IF97. ES_StableIF97 has been published in two types as below.
1) ES_StableIF97_AddIn : ADDIN software to provide steam table inclusive nozzle functions for use in Microsoft(R) Excel(R) software
2) ES_StableIF97 : Standalone EXE software to look up steam table inclusive nozzle analysis for use in Microsoft(R) Windows Operating System
Brief show of each software is as below. For details of each software, please refer to the respective help file.
ADDIN Software
* ES_StableIF97 AddIn functions can be embedded into MS Excel cells by using the Function Form shown as below. You DO NOT need to remember function syntax.

* ES_StableIF97 AddIn provides complete set of steam nozzle functions of choking nozzle and sub-critical nozzle. The picture above shows the nozzle function of "ESStb_NzlWperA2byPT" which calculates mass flow rate per nozzle throat cross area of sub-critical nozzle.
* A Unit Legend can be embedded into MS Excel by using the Unit Form as shown below. If User embeds steam table functions with the check box "Cell Address Input for Unit Number" in the Function Form, the units of functions embedded can be changed to any unit User wants by changing the number in the "<Unit No.>" column of the Unit Legend embedded.
